There’s nothing like cooking at home with friends. Even if the home is rented through airbnb and the friends are brand new. The feeling of making your own food and sharing it around your own table and laughing is one of the best in the world.

My father turned me on to you guys. You are living my dream. You should teach a Masters class in how to live.
We loved Vienna, and the video is beautiful. But cooking Italian in Austria? Why not weinerschintzel?

Once again you get it right!
Thanks

You ARE especial. And so are they. Thanks!!! It is always such a joy to get your “reports”.
How charming and lovely and loving…. What a great little video snapshot of “gemuetlichkeit”. Your new friends are great and the food looked fabulous. love Aunty Wendy
Gemütlichkeit (German pronunciation: [ɡəˈmyːtlɪçkaɪt] means a situation that induces a cheerful mood, peace of mind, with connotation of belonging and social acceptance, coziness and unhurry.
The word can be used in descriptions of holidays. The Harlem Renaissance was then cited as of how a sense of Gemütlichkeit arises from a “mix of music, art and politics in service of community consciousness”.

Mark, I love hearing your little laugh from behind the camera!! It hasn’t changed at all!!
Just when I think I know my favorite AYTT video, a new one takes its place. Lovely.
Miss you guys.
This could be my new favorite too! I feel so lucky to have shared two meals with you on the road!
Warm and fuzzy. The chocolate cake actually made me laugh out loud then groan with hunger and desire:) Nice work looks like it was a blast.
I love that Finn has a Famous guacamole!
How does it feel to be more than halfway through?
Besides home. Where are you longing to go back to?
Wow! I somehow missed this one!
Yum! Your dinner looked so good. I’m glad that you got to have a delicious home-cooked meal. When you come to LA, I will cook for you. Maybe not homemade pasta, though. The farmer’s markets are fantastic this time of year. All the stone fruits are great and the cherries, divine. (Does that make LA seem at all enticing? maybe not, but it’s all we have. That and friends who love and miss you.)
