When people hear you’re taking a trip around the world, the first question they ask is: What do you pack? The second question that pops into their head (but is seldom asked) is: How much does that sort of thing cost? This video is the answer to the second question — broken down over the course of a typical day.
I love the races! I love the long shot! Another sure-fire method: bet the grey horse!
Jenn, Mark, Franny and Finn… I am so thrilled to watch your adventures… the videos are so fantastic, but then, you are the pros! I have loved every one … this is so well done… I see a film in the making! THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING ALL OF THIS…. Much love, Nene
So Mark continues his notorious winning streak or has passed this wonderful gift to his family…very lucky indeed.
The whole day seems enchanting at any price. Thanks. Wendy
Congrats on your big win; what a great day. Please send along another day for the Flackett-Levins.
what a win!!!
I love BA. My trip to Argentina was back at the beginning of their economic woes. I did lots, and lots of shopping due to the very favorable exchange rate. I also remember having a steak lunch at a very fancy restaurant on Avenida 9 de Julio not far from the obelisk for about $6 US dollars and that’s including the glass of wine. I found it so ridiculously cheap, that i Mr. Big Shot (joking) left a 100% tip – yep left 12 bucks on the table 😉
I think things have gotten a little more expensive since then, but still that was one mighty good steak. Anyway, I hope you guys aren’t vegetarians, because Argentine beef is considered some of the best in the world. Bon appetit!
